How do I contact support?
Support is available via email and through your BTC Breakout dashboard. Response times are typically within 24 hours.
Where can I see strategy updates?
Weekly performance updates are posted in our Telegram channel. Major strategy updates or announcements are also sent via email.
Will I receive notifications for every trade?
This is optional. You can enable trade alerts in MT4 or through your BTC Breakout dashboard. However, we don’t recommend constantly monitoring trades, let the software handle the hard work while you check periodically by logging into your account.
