Is my data secure?

Yes. Your broker credentials are encrypted and stored securely. We do not have access to your broker login — only the trade-only permissions required for copy trading.

What happens if I change my MT4 password?

Changing your MT4 password immediately disconnects the software from your account. No further trades will be placed until you reconnect with the new credentials. Although current trade(s) may remain unamanaged, in which case it is advised you close them manually.

What if there's a technical failure?

The cloud execution infrastructure has redundancy built in, but no system is immune to failure. In rare cases of technical issues, you can always:

  • Close positions manually through your broker's MT4 platform

  • Change your MT4 trading account password to immediately disconnect from the software

Your funds

Who has access to deposits and withdrawals?

Only you can deposit or withdraw funds. Neither the software developer nor the cloud execution service can access your money. The cloud execution partner and BTCBreakout only receive trade-only permissions.

Withdrawals must return to the original funding source under broker AML rules, providing an additional layer of protection.

Can I withdraw everything at any time?

Yes. You may close trades and withdraw funds at any time. You can disconnect the software instantly by changing your MT4 trading account password.

If I lose money, can I seek compensation?

No. You are trading your own account with your own capital. BTC Breakout provides the software and you accept full responsibility for the outcome of using this software. This is standard for all trading software — you maintain complete control and ownership of your account.
