Is there ongoing support and communication?

Yes. Ongoing user support is provided. There is also a Telegram channel where users receive regular communication and a weekly update of statistics, including overall performance and strategy behaviour.

How do I contact support?

Where can I see strategy updates?

Weekly performance updates are posted in our Telegram channel. Major strategy updates or announcements are also sent via email to paid users.

Will I receive notifications for every trade?

This is optional. You can enable trade alerts in MT4 or through the cloud copier dashboard. However, we don't recommend constantly monitoring trades — let the software handle the hard work while you check periodically by logging into your account.
